About this course
Many of the feelings that catch you off guard as an adult, such as the panic when someone seems disappointed or the urge to please everyone, carry the emotional memory of being small. Inner child work is a reflective way of noticing those younger feelings and responding to them with the care they may have missed.
In eight gentle lessons, you'll build a calm, nurturing inner adult and a self-soothing toolkit, learn to recognize when a younger part of you is activated, and map the emotional needs that went unmet without falling into blame. You'll write letters to and from your younger self, soften the inner critic, and rediscover play and wonder.
The course ends with a simple daily, weekly and monthly reparenting rhythm you can keep living long after you finish.
This is a self-reflection course, not therapy. If you are working through trauma, abuse or neglect, you deserve support from a licensed therapist, and these practices can sit alongside that care.

- People-pleasers, perfectionists and over-givers who struggle to meet their own needs
