RealAttract is run by Jay Cuba. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.
What we collect
- Intention form: your first name, email, the intention you write, and optional feeling/date. A hashed version of your IP address is stored to prevent spam.
- Account: name, username, email, a securely hashed password, your forum posts and course progress.
- Purchases: which course you bought and the Stripe payment reference. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
How we use it
- To email your intention back to you and send the check-ins you asked for.
- To run your account, the forum (reply notifications if enabled) and your courses.
- To keep the community safe from spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the site: our hosting provider, SparkPost (sending email) and Stripe (payments). Course videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube's own privacy policy applies when you play a video.
Cookies
We use one session cookie and, if you choose "keep me logged in", a login cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- You can hide or delete your intentions from your account page.
- To export or delete all your data, email jc@jaycuba.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
